Client Introduction
Last year we worked for a food industry, a well known name in food industry for serving fresh and selected high-quality food items. Not only serving but also they take orders for Kitty Parties, Meetings, Weddings, Birthday Parties, Surprise Parties, Festive occasion, House warming parties and many other occasions.
Challenges
Our Client, one of the most designated and well known Food Agency of Delhi partnered with us agency with the main objective to stand out among competitors and establish a strong customer base all over India.
Analysis
We analysed that the strong customer base which agency created over years of authentic and recommended services was declining.
By studying analytics and digging deep we understood that the quality of food and service was not the problem that was deteriorating the customer list but the main problem was “Loss of interest of customers”. As there was no new thing happening in the agency so many of the customers shifted to other vendors for the service.
Solution
Being food related business, we had to work on ideas that are attractive and tempting. The agency started with Christmas and New Year offers on Social Media, where a user had to guess where the foods (in image) originated from to win a voucher worth 5,000.
The agency carefully planned out every upcoming occasion with utmost care that attracted customers. Republic day and the Valentine’s Day palette test were most successful campaigns for the client. There were regular in-house activities posted on Instagram & Facebook under the stories column, which generated buzz among new and existing users. We also created long haul posts for showcasing the delicious & healthy side of food items.
By selecting right platform and configuration at the right time we were able to revive the fading interest among the food lovers.
